Examination topics
Contents of the lecture, i.e. those chapters of the "Österreichisches Handbuch des Völkerrechts", or an equivalent text book, that have been discussed during the lecture
Assessment and permitted materials
The lecture forms part of the examination topics of the oral exam in public international law in the diploma study as well as in the IREWI study, which will be the subject matter of the exam.
Following the lecture students are encouraged to take the exam in order to receive the ECTS for this lecture. The exam is open to Erasmus students as well as students of the law and other faculties. Registration on uspace is absolutely necessary in order to take the exam!
It is allowed to use the following book during the exam: Erlaubte Hilfsmittel bei der Prüfung: Reinisch A. und Reisinger Coracini A. (Hrsg.), Österreichisches Handbuch des Völkerrechts (6. Aufl., 2021), Band 2 (Materialienteil)

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
50% of the points available at the written exam.
Prior completion of the exam on "Völkerrecht I – Grundlagen und Quellen" (030025 VO) is not required.
