Assessment and permitted materials

The written open-book course exam "Wirtschaftsprivatrecht" is held in German (open questions) and lasts 45 minutes (Attention: a separate registration for the exam via U:SPACE is mandatory).

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, short-term changes in exams (switch to online open-book exams) may be possible.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

A total of 30 points can be achieved in the written examination, from 16 points the examination is passed positively.

Grades: from 16 points - 4, from 19.5 - 3, from 23.5 - 2, from 27.5 - 1
