Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Einen grundlegenden Überblick über rechtsphilosophische Fragestellungen von einem phänomenologischen Blickpunkt aus zu gewinnen. Grundkenntnisse in der Phänomenologie zu erwerben, mit Schwerpunkt auf sozialontologische und rechtliche Fragen (v.a. Husserl, Reinach, Stein, Scheler, Levinas, Waldenfels).
