Examination topics
Written exam on the topics of the course. A total of four dates for examinations are offered. For each examination date, pre-selected units & texts from the lecture program are given for exam preparation. On Moodle, the PowerPoint slides for each lecture session, audio recordings and further literature for those interested will be continuously provided.
Selected literature is available in the library of the department of education in addition to the texts provided on Moodle.CURRENT INFORMATION CONCERNING THE EXAM ON 26.6.2020As a result of the Covid-19 protective actions the general conditions for this examen has changed! The examen will take place as indicated on 26.6.2020! The examen will be held as "Take Home Exam"! In this way we avoid overloading the server of the University of Vienna and you have enough time (several days) to work out the exam questions and upload them back to Moodle.
Since you have several days to prepare the exam and the exam is without control, you are welcome to use resources (literature, PP-slides, the videos). It is important in this context that you identify your resources. In which form you quote is up to you. It is explicitly not a disadvantage if you do so, but is desirable for this form of the exam. Copy-paste from the slides is not considered an adequate answer! Please paraphrase, as is common in seminar papers. You will find the test on Moodle starting on 26.6.2020 (I will send you a message via Moodle as soon as it is available), you download the exam sheet, you work on it on your own computer and then upload it back to Moodle when you are finished within the given period (several days; the exact submission date will be announced).
The exam will be designed to be completed in 1.5 hours, but you will have - as already mentioned - several days to complete it, so that we don't run into technical difficulties. At the end of May/beginning of June I will set up a test document for download and upload so that you can practice this procedure in advance. More information about this will also be available via a Moodle message.
