Examination topics

The lectures are based on the text book that will be published in autumn 2013 by UTB/facultas "Transformationen in Osteuropa im 20. Jahrhundert". The participation of the lecture is recommended also. Other recent basic literature is available from moodle (pdf-files).

Assessment and permitted materials

Klausur (Essay und Sachfragen), darauf bereitet das Kolloquium im Januar vor. Für die Klausur wird die Kenntnis der Grundliteratur vorausgesetzt.

The course of lectures introduces into the areastudies on Eastern Europe, it aims to deepen the knowledge on the region and theories and methods of this part of political science.
