Assessment and permitted materials
Written examination
There will be the possibility of bonus points for optional (!) active participation. However, this is solely optional and the full number of points can also be attained through the exam. The scoring system will be explained in detail at the first lecture. Nevertheless, the exam is required to pass this lecture.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
1. You have basic knowledge of Media Management in practice.
2. You have basic knowledge of Innovation Management in pracice.
3. You know about the peculiarities of Media Management vs General Management.
4. You know about current trends and challenges of the Media Industry.
5. You know state-of-the-art tools and techniques of Media Management and Innoation Management.
6. You are able to give a well-founded analysis of the influences that are currently affecting Media Enterprises. Furthermore, you can compare this to examples of other industries and can develop recommended actions for Media Enterprises or the society.
7. You are able to apply the acquired knowledge of tools and techniques to specific use cases of trends and challenges in the Media Industry.
