Die Inhalte werden durch Vortrag vermittelt und anhand von Beispielen diskutiert. Für das Sommersemester ist ergänzend ein einwöchiges Block-SE "Gruppendynamik - interkulturelle Kommunikation" geplant

Assessment and permitted materials

Am Ende der Lehrveranstaltung findet eine schriftliche Klausur (offene Fragen) statt.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Die Vorlesung dient dazu, TeilnehmerInnen die sich im Rahmen des Masterstudiums Soziologie für den Schwerpunkt Organisation interessieren, einen Einblick in spezifische und aktuelle Beispiele der angewandten Organisationsforschung zu geben.
