Examination topics
The exam will evaluate knowledge of the following areas:
1) Familiarity with basic historical and contemporary trends in the anthropology of gender and sexuality;
2) Basic knowledge of specialised discussions in queer and feminist anthropology;
3) Cross-connections to other theoretical paradigms in social and cultural anthropology.

Assessment and permitted materials
Written exam. Examinable material will be from lectures and course readings. No learning materials are permitted during the exam.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
A passing grade is a minimum of 60/100 possible points. Grading scale:
1 (very good): 90–100 points
2 (good): 80–89 points
3 (satisfactory): 70–79 points
4 (sufficient): 60–69 points
5 (insufficient): 0–59 points
1 (very good): 90–100 points
