Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Im Mittelpunkt steht nicht ein primär dogmatisch-juristischer
Zugang zum Text dieses neuen internationalen Deklaration, sondern diese
wird als wichtiges Beispiel für ein internationales Instrument beleuchtet,
das die interkulturelle Umsetzung von allgemeinen Menschenrechtstandards
zum Ziele hat.
Sie steht an der sprichwörtlichen Schnittstelle zwischen
universellen Standards und lokal-kultureller Partikularität umgesetzt
werden muss.
