Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

The understanding of long-term historical changes allows realistic comparisons in particular with European regions and countries by knowledge of the diversity and particularities of the regions in China, of the differences in regional endowments and their complementarity. So the current rapid development of China and its role in the global economy can be analyzed and its potential can be estimated as well as problems can be assessed in comparison: China is somehow almost as big as Europe and has more than twice as many residents. The territorial differentiation in 22 provinces of China (Taiwan not included), 4 municipalities, 5 autonomous regions and 2 special administrative regions (Hong Kong, Macao) is very pronounced.

In the final exam, 8 out of 10 questions should be answered.
For each answer 0-10 points are awarded:
50-57 points: 4
58-64 points: 3
65-72 points: 2
73-80 points: 1
