Examination topics

Content from the lectures and presented slides (with reference to current literature, research and conservation practices). Student questions and open discussions are welcome. Slides are made available to students via moodle.

Assessment and permitted materials

Written exam (open questions and multiple choice)
Exam in English (questions and answers)

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Overview of relevant concepts, methods and guidelines for conservation research and related issues at international level (based on selected case studies and examples from Europe and the tropics). The students can assign, describe and contrast the presented concepts and methods, referring to current case studies.
