Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Written exam about fundamental principles and mechanisms of transcriptional and post-transcriptional regulation of gene expression.
Mode: Two questions will be asked about both transcription control and post-transcriptional control of gene expression. One of the four questions may be asked in multiple choice mode (not in case of online exams) the remaining answers should be given in the form of short essays, sketches, keywords etc. Each question will be scored with a maximum of 3 points and converted into grades according to the following scheme:10,6 - 12 points: very good (1)
9,1-10,5 points: good (2)
7,6-9 points: satisfactory (3)
6-7,5 points: sufficient (4)
<6 points: insufficient (5)
