Alle Prüfungen zur VO "Sensorische Analyse von Lebensmitteln" im WS 2023 werden als schriftliche Prüfung mit offenen Fragen vor Ort (Präsenzprüfung) durchgeführt. Dauer der Prüfung: 90 Minuten.

Für eine positive Beurteilung 50% der gestellten Fragen müssen richtig beantworten werden.
