Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
The goal of the workshop is to provide students and staff in scientific disciplines with a general understanding of practical aspects of patents, and how the University of Vienna manages inventions made by employees. Further, participants will be guided in formulating effective patent search strategies in the Espacenet database, thereby identifying the patent literature of greatest relevance to their research projects.
