STEOP Modul exam including topics of Basics in Nutrition: Applied and Multidisciplinary and Nutritional Scienes as a Scientific Discipline:
- Basics of nutritional sciences, world nutrition
- Assessment of the nutritional status by nutrtional nutritional surveys, anthropometric measurements and investigation of biochemical paramters
- Energy and water balance
- Mechanisms of hunger and repletion
- Digestion and absorption of macro- and micro-nutrients, physiological importance
- Health promotion and disease prevention
- Different nutritional concepts

written examination: multiple choice questions
pass mark being 60%
