Assessment and permitted materials
The examination consists of a written and an oral part. In the written part of the exam you have to prove that you are able to understand and translate specialised texts in the field of linguistics, literature and cultural studies. Special attention is paid to the knowledge of linguistic terms in Russian and German.
In the oral part of the exam your competence in the field of the professional use of the Russian language will be tested.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
The written and oral parts of the examination each make up 50% of the total mark.
In order to receive a positive assessment, more than half of the tasks in the written part must be correctly performed and professional skills must be demonstrated orally.
