Contents of the lecture, i.e. those chapters of the "Österreichisches Handbuch des Völkerrechts", or an equivalent text book, that have been discussed during the lecture
Assessment and permitted materials
The lecture forms part of the examination topics of the oral exam in public international law in the "Staatswissenschaftlicher Abschnitt" (third section of studies) and will be examined in this framework.
For ERASMUS students and students of other faculties, a written exam will take place on Wednesday, 1 June 2016, 11:30 to 13:00 in room SEM 20 in the Juridicum.
Registration for this exam from 15 to 30 May 2016, indicating name, first name, student registration number, and e-mail address personally or via E-Mail with Brigitte Weidinger (brigitte.weidinger@univie.ac.at). Registration is mandatory.
In accordance with § 32 of the Study Plan, students are entitled to pass exams on lectures in addition to the exams prescribed. The work load for these exams counts as one and a half times of the number of hours of the lecture. Half points are to be rounded up. Therefore, the successful passing of the exam about this lecture counts for 5 ECTS.
It is allowed to use the following book during the exam: Reinisch (Hrsg.), Österreichisches Handbuch des Völkerrechts (5. Aufl., 2013), Band 2 (Materialienteil)
