Streumethoden und elektronenmikroskopische Untersuchungen sind nicht nur in der Materialphysik, sondern auch in Chemie, Biologie u. Medizin v. großer Bedeutung. Das dafür notwendige physikalische Verständnis vermittelt die Vorlesung.
