I am an anthropological archaeologist with a research focus on human-environmental interactions, soilscapes and a behavioral comparative approach to settlement and social organization. I use geoarchaeological and archaeological science methods, particularly archaeological soil chemistry, with GIS-based spatial analysis to reconstruct past social and economic organization and their environmental consequences.
