Python tools and introduction to method for the solution of differential equations. Overview of numerical methods for the solution of physical problems (finite difference method, finite element and boundary element methods, solution of partial differential equations)

Introduction to python and numerical tools such as numpy and scipy for the solution of numerical problems. Special python software tools will be discussed in order to solve finite element and boundary element problems (Fenics, BEM++)
