Information

Ziele, Inhalte und Methode der Lehrveranstaltung

El romanticismo llega a España con un cierto atraso debido al exilio de los (proto-)románticos durante el reinado de Fernando VII; y llega a través de Francia que por su parte ha aceptado algunas, pero no todas las influencias estéticas de los romanticismos inglés y alemán; y tarde llega también a algunas partes de Hispanoamérica y Brasil. Así, los varios romanticismos ibéricos tienen un papel doblemente periférico que les permite, por otro lado, desarrollar algunas inovaciones respecto al romanticismo central (alemán) y semi-periférico (francés) a través de translaciones específicas. El curso mostrará tales translaciones en las varias fases del romanticismo y termina con una mirada sobre los elementos románticos en la literatura española e hispanoamericana del siglo XX
