Human-Animal Relationships: urban conservation, human-wildlife conflicts, human‐wildlife cooperation

Written exam; 3 open questions (not multiple choice); 60 minutes.

Mindestanforderungen und Beurteilungsmaßstab

Understanding the importance of human-nature interactions to understand and manage human-wildlife conflicts.

3 equally weighted questions of maximum 10 points each, to be answered in one hour.
Grade key:
27-30 points "Sehr gut" (very good)
23-26 points "Gut" (good)
19-22 points "Befriedigend" (satisfactory)
15-18 points "Genügend" (sufficient)
0-14 points "Nicht genügend" (insufficient)

The exam will be an open-book exam, which means that you will be allowed to refer to your notes and other course materials during the exam. Open-book exams of this kind test your ability to analyse, evaluate or synthesise knowledge.

Prüfungsstoff

Lecture and presentations (provided as PDFs per moodle), and an accompanying reading list of 3 key publications that will be discussed in class.
