Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
The aim is to conduct an IT-oriented project in the field of Computer Science / Mediainformatics. Based on the experience gained during the implementation of the project students should learn to carry out IT-projects on their own. The aim is also to combine previously acquired knowledge from the various courses during the study.
Assessment and permitted materials
Evaluation of the entire project, the implementation of the prototype as well as the written report.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Prerequisites for participation: Mandatory prerequisites: none. Recommended prerequisites: 18 ECTS in one of the relevant clusters.
Space allocation is based on these prerequisites.The aim is to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the problems posed by the project tasks, as well as to enable the application of the necessary concepts, techniques and methods in order to achieve suitable solutions.Assessment scale:
100-‐88%: Sehr Gut (1)
87-‐75%: Gut (2)
74-‐63%: Befriedigend (3)
62-‐50%: Genügend (4)
< 50%: Nicht Genügend (5)A detailed specification of the requirements, as well as a guide and notes on the implementation of the project will be announced at the beginning of the course together with the assignment of the project topics.
