Aims, contents and method of the course
In this lecture the occurrence, analysis/surveillance, toxicological evaluation of food contaminants and related legal issues will be covered. This includes in particular natural, man-made, processing and packaging contaminants. Moreover, emerging topics and specific case studies will be discussed.
