Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Population genomics and genome evolution from next-generation sequencing data, like whole-genome sequencing, RAD sequencing and transcriptomics. We will exemplify genomic investigation procedures to trace natural selection, function, structure and gene-environment interactions, starting if required with introducing basic omic approaches, such as de novo assembly and mapping.
