Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Aided by authentic, written texts, and on the basis of concrete assignments, students are expected to produce target texts. In doing so, they will be confronted with selected chapters from text linguistics and stylistics, as well as with the cultural framework of source and target language texts. In addition, various text types will be dealt with. This lecture prepares students for the PIK examination.
Assessment and permitted materials
Participation in class activities (discussions, written tasks, oral presentations), as well as homework assignments.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
- Improving writing skills in Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian.- Familiarising with basic instruments of text analysis.- Conscious, planned approach to completing written and oral text asignments.
