Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

This course aims at establishing a forum for doctoral students in Applied Linguistics across the faculty. We invite young researchers at all levels of their dissertation to engage in an exchange on theory, methodology and ‘doing being a researcher’. In particular this course will zoom in on decisive elements of the research process: the nature of research questions, the answers we are striving for and what can count as evidence. Further suggestions from participants are welcome. In the course of the semester we expect two guest speakers.
