* To favour scientific exchange between doctoral students in meteorology and climate science.
* To train their skills in presenting and discussing scientific contents.
* To gather expert advice and constructive feedback from senior academic staff.
* To develop their ancillary skills (e.g., scientific writing, data visualization).
* To raise their awareness about research ethics and scientific integrity principles.
All students enrolled in the programme are expected to deliver one presentation per year.
Invited talks, held by qualified speakers, complement the student seminars when necessary.
