Aims, contents and method of the course

The course covers the acquisition of new language competences and the revision of the language skills already acquired (renarrative, use of a different aspect of the passive, inclination and tense, syntax of the complex sentence, introduction to the nominative and verbal word formation, introduction to the specialized language of Bulgarian philology).
The aim of the course is to extend and deepen the knowledge of Bulgarian language and their adequate use in the relevant speech situation. Methods: Teaching of the new language category and subsequent discussion with the students.
Teaching on site within the scope of possibilities.

Assessment and permitted materials

Regular presence in class, short essays, intermediate tests, translations.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Certain abilities in the Bulgarian language (competence for argumentative speeches on different topics and for grammatical correct expressions, rich vocabulary).

Examination topics

Longer readings (artistic texts) and dialogues on a variety of themes.
