Aims, contents and method of the course
The journal club is intended for students of the Institute of Food Chemistry and Toxicology who wish to improve their ability to read, analyze and understand scientific literature by presenting summaries of original research papers. Supported by the course leader, students will select a recent journal article in Food Chemistry, Toxicology, Analytical Chemistry or a related field and present it for discussion. The respective articles will be distributed among all participants prior to the presentation to enable respective preparation for the discussion.
