Aims, contents and method of the course
Presentations on current research results in the field of physiological chemistry and analytical food chemistry.Prerequisite for participation in the course is the execution of a scientific thesis or project (e.g. master thesis, PhD) in the field of physiological chemistry or a related field.The course will be held in English.
