Aims, contents and method of the course

Learning Objectives: Prepare scientific presentations, give & take feedback, critically engage with current research topics in the field of Physiological Chemistry and Analytical Food Chemistry.

Content and Methodology:
Presentations on current research in the field of Physiological Chemistry and Analytical Food Chemistry.

Prerequisite for participation in the course is the execution of a scientific thesis or project (e.g. Master's thesis, PhD) in the field of physiological chemistry or a related field.
The course will be held in English.

Assessment and permitted materials

Presentation and discussion of current research findings and participation in the full-day workshop

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Discussion and critical reflection on the topics presented. Assessed will be the quantity and quality of active contributions in the seminar.
