Extension Curricula

In many bachelor programmes it is required to complete one or more extension curricula in addition to the compulsory and elective modules of the programme. Extension curricula allow students to gain additional skills not covered by the bachelor programme.

Each extension curriculum comprises 15 or 30 ECTS, respectively. They allow students to take an active role in developing their individual education.

Extension curricula have their own programme outcomes, modules, module descriptions, examination regulations - completely independent though very similar to a "regular" curriculum.

For further information see the website of Teaching Affairs and Student Services.
