Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The focus of the course is on food-relevant proteins and their reactions as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. In addition, an overview of vitamins and their functionality is provided.

Assessment and permitted materials

Performance assessment is done by oral examination (30 min) using the online platform BigBlueButton. A computer with a camera and microphone and a stable internet connection is required.
