Aims, contents and method of the course
Untersuchungen zur Bioaktivität/ Toxikologie von Lebensmittelinhaltsstoffen mit modernen biochemischen/ molekularbiologischen Methoden wie Zellkultur, Mikroskopie, Western Blot, Comet Assay, Enzym Assays, quantitative RT-PCR etc.
Assessment and permitted materials
Praktische Arbeit (30%), Protokolle (30%), Abschlussprüfung (40%)

Practical education of students on the investigation of foodstuffs
